• Quick Cash SA reserves the right to decline any application.

4. Fees & Interest

• Interest and fees will be disclosed prior to approval.
• Total repayment amount will be clearly communicated.
• No hidden fees will be charged.

5. Repayment Terms

• Loans must be repaid within the agreed 30-day period.
• Late payments may incur additional fees.
• Failure to repay may result in collection action.

6. Credit Checks

By applying, you consent to credit and affordability checks as permitted under the National Credit Act.

7. Use of Personal Information (POPIA)

• Your personal data is processed in accordance with POPIA.
• Your information will only be used for loan processing and verification.
• We implement security measures to protect your data.

8. Document Verification

• You may be required to submit:
• ID Document
• Payslip or proof of income
• Bank statements
• Failure to provide documents may result in application rejection.

9. Fraud & Misrepresentation

Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate rejection, blacklisting, or legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

Quick Cash SA is not liable for any financial loss arising from misuse of funds or delays outside our control.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
